What the plancha can do.
Switch on the Bowl, place the half-ring of the plancha and the grilling fun can begin. The cast iron plate, also called a plancha, makes grilling with charcoal or firewood healthier than ever. The new Bowl 70 plancha rests stably on three support points and, thanks to the small outer edge, fats and oils now stay exactly where they belong - on the plancha.
Thanks to the use of the Plancha plate, Höfats Bowl 70 transforms into a grill-plancha!
Once the Bowl 70 is lit, simply place the half-ring of the plancha on top. For an even larger cooking surface, you can combine two half-sphere planchas (2nd plate not included as an option).
Ideal for searing red meats, shrimps, small squid, sliced zucchini or a mixture of vegetables for example.
Tip: Store oiled between uses to prevent rust.
