By using the Plancha plate, Höfats Cube transforms into a plancha grill! The plate can be adjusted in height and thus regulate the cooking heat depending on the fire.

The massive enameled cast iron plate makes Cube a Plancha grill! The plate can be adjusted in height on the notches of the Cube and thus allows you to choose the cooking temperature.
Ideal for searing red meats, shrimps, small squid, sliced zucchini or a mixture of vegetables for example. In addition to the smooth surface of the plancha, the Cube cast iron plate has a grooved side on which each steak bears its perfect marking. Two Plancha plates can be installed in the Cube, if necessary at different heights. Tip: store oiled between uses to prevent rust.
